In Fragrant Yoga every class is different depending on the moment of the day and the group attending that particular class. Come along and explore your dimensions, depth, nature and potential as a human being.
18:30 – 20:00 Kundalini Yoga
This evening class is meant to be a challenging kundalini yoga session perfect for those more experienced practitioners willing to dive into the transformative path of Kundalini Yoga. Come along to unclock your personal power.
This week topics are: Pranayam: Breath of Fire. Warm-up’s: Elevation Series. Kriya: “Electro Magnetic Field and Heart Center ” Meditation: “Conquer your imagined dissabiliies”.
9:30 – 11:00 Hatha/Integral Yoga
A morning yoga practice is an awsome way to start your day. This class is focused on strecthing and energizing the body in a sweet and devotional way. Perfect to set your intentions for the day and create a space of self-love and inner-connectivity that we’ll keep you in the flow.
This week topics are: Pranayam: Energizing Breathing Series. Warm-Up’s: Sun Salutation Series. ASANAS. Deep Relaxation. Meditation
13:45 – 15:15 Restorative Yin Yoga Class.
This class is an invitation to slow down, release tensions and being more inside to explore your capacity to surrender and open up to what is to come. We´ll focus on the relationship between joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons, by staying longer in a posture you’ll allow to bring more blood flow and flexibility to them. This is the perfect class to recover from stress, anxiety, emotional pain and overcome any transitional period.
This week topics are: Pranayam: Long Deep Breath (1 minute breath). Warm-Up’s: Short and Sweet Series to move the Energy : “The 4U” for energy flow adjustment. Meditation: “Connect with the Self Sensory System”

Mantras allow us to tap into an energy that supports us in a particular way. They work on a very subtle and yet perceptible energetic frequency. The mantra “Dharti Hai” works to help us be present not because someone like me says so, but because when we are present and use it, we can feel it to be so.This Kundalini mantra connects the Earth and the vastness of the ether and projects it from the heart. The meaning is part of how this works.
Yogi Bhajan said about this kriya: “My dear ones, you want your prayers to be effective. You want your ultimate destiny to manifest. This kriya can do it. I know there are thousands of kriyas that we do, but it just takes one done well and this is the one for isht sodhana to manifest.”
10:00 – 11:30 Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is one of th gentlest forms of yoga available. It’s the perfect option for those unable to follow the rythm of a traditional yoga class but still want to enjoy its benefits. In this yoga class maneuvers and complex movements are not present. However, Chair yoga is a great practise for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. You’ll cover standing, seated, and prone postures, but it doesn’t mean you’ll have to use the chair all the time if you are able to manage without it. You’ll learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation to achieve physical, mental and espiritual health.

18:30 – 20:00 Kundalini Yoga and Full Moon Meditation Circle
It would be an special class with a 31 minutes healing meditation. This class will help us set our new intentions using the powerful energy of the New Moon in Gemini
This class topics are: Pranayam: Breath Awareness / Breath of Fire. Warm-up’s: Series for Spinal Energy. Kriya: “Raise your Creativity”. “Meditation Ra ma Da Sa Sa se So Hung”
