Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya with the Mantra Dharti Hai

Mantras allow us to tap into an energy that supports us in a particular way.  They work on a very subtle and yet perceptible energetic frequency.  The mantra “Dharti Hai” works to help us be present not because someone like me says so, but because when we are present and use it, we can feel it to be so.This Kundalini mantra connects the Earth and the vastness of the ether and projects it from the heart. The meaning is part of how this works.

Yogi Bhajan said about this kriya:  “My dear ones, you want your prayers to be effective.  You want your ultimate destiny to manifest.  This kriya can do it.  I know there are thousands of kriyas that we do, but it just takes one done well and this is the one for isht sodhana to manifest.”

You’ll cover standing, seated, and prone postures, but it doesn’t mean you’ll have to use the chair all the time if you are able to manage without it.  You’ll learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation to achieve physical, mental and espiritual health.
